Parrots 12th February 2010

Shot Notes

For this shot, our group leader Mark allowed me to use his Nikon 70-200 f/2.8 lens.  What a cool, fast lens.  Zooming into 200mm, while keeping the aperture at 2.8 really makes for a sharp photo that pops out the subject.  In this case, the colors were magnificent.  The bright reds on the blurred background.  It gives me lens-envy.  Very fun.
